You are the Administrative Assistant we are looking for if:

  • You have video editing experience and are able to put out a video a week to our YouTube Channel
  • Social Media management experience
  • You’re a self-starter and have an enthusiastic outlook
  • You are solution-minded and attentive
  • You’re resourceful and can take initiative
  • You’d be described as honest, pleasant, confident, organized, and committed
  • Proficient in G-suite, Microsoft Office, Apple Software, CRMs, Adobe Premier Pro, Canva.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid drives license and reliable transportation
  • Have a quiet place to work from home free of all distractions
  • Able to pass background and drug test

Position Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Customer contact and follow up calls and emails
  • Manage Google calendars for the owner, sales, and install team members
  • Social Media posts and tracking
  • Video editing and posting to YouTube
  • Must be able to travel to job sites in Twin Cities metro area for video filming
  • Generate and email radon reports to customers
  • Compliance tracking and reporting
  • Meeting and event support
  • Track and mail out radon test kits
  • Travel scheduling
  • Update CRM with new client information
  • Request permits
  • Inventory tracking and ordering
  • Assist with marketing efforts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
