Indorama Ventures in Dallas, TX is seeking an Accounting Administrator! This position will be reporting to the Plant Controller. You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the Dallas location.

Responsibilities:

• Sales invoicing process from invoice creation to collections
• Sales & Use tax filing
• Accounts receivable factoring with banks
• Customer billing
• Liaison between Plant Vendors and off-site Accounts Payable Team
• Participate in month-end close
• Assisting with audits and budgeting processes
• Intercompany transactions and matching
• Coordinate with statutory and bank auditors
• Responsible for 1042 and 1099 tax reporting
• Monitor compliance requirements for the loan facility - weekly and monthly Bank Information, monthly financials
• Point-of-contact between corporate GBS and on-site departments
• Ad-hoc Accounts Payable functions and reporting
• Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
• Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
• Review costs for optimal budget planning
• Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
• Other duties as necessary and as assigned by the Plant Controller

Qualifications:

• 3-7 Years' Experience in the Accounts Receivable sales process, Accounts Payable, and Sales and Use Tax reporting is required
• Associates Degree in accounting is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• QuickBooks experience required
• SAP experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities.
• Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment
• Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields
• Knowledge of common banking practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
