Job Description:

The Webmaster will serve as the primary contact for all aspects of Paybotic’s website, handling a range of responsibilities that may include web design and development, routine site and content maintenance and various updates to ensure alignment with the goals and objectives of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all aspects of the Paybotic’s website.
• Develop and maintain internet and intranet portals, forms and structures in accordance with the organizations needs
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing
• Develop, implement, and maintain e-commerce applications in collaboration with the organizations retail operations, sales, marketing and related departments
• Encourage and facilitate consistent, creative and unified web design across Paybotic’s web properties
• Collect and analyze web analytics and similar data
• Identify opportunities to improve search engine optimization (SEO), time on site, web traffic and other relevant metrics
• Maintain and document ownership of Paybotic’s internet domains
• Assist employees with the use of company websites through one-on-one support, user guides and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards, software licenses and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices and emerging developments in web design, web development and technology

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design and SEO best practices and standards
• Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn web content management systems, applications and tools used by the organization
• Must be highly proficient with WordPress HTML/CSS
• Should also have working knowledge of XML, SQL, JavaScript and other programming languages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Coursework in digital media, web design and/or computer programming highly preferred
• Working knowledge of HTML email standards and programming.
• Working knowledge of email testing/sending platforms, such as Email on Acid and Litmus.
• Experience in any other email service providers (ESPs), such as Campaigner, Salesforce.
• Strong typography and image editing skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
