Duties/Responsibilities:

• Committed to live the iWest Core Values.
• Helps the Warehouse Team deliver an amazing service experience.
• Participates in all facets of warehousing activity operations and delivery activities needed.
• Prepares basic reports and assists Supervisor with various activities related to warehousing operations.
• Assists and participates in loading and unloading trucks and/or delivery vehicles.
• Utilizes the proper operation of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Provides innovative solutions to improve warehouse processes.
• Performs all other requested duties and tasks.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients and situations.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs without assistance and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to pass an Agility Test, Drug Screen, and Background Check.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent – preferred.
• Forklift Experience/Certifications – preferred.
• Previous Warehouse Experience – preferred.
• Knowledge of Windfall Reporting System a plus.
• Knowledge of POS Systems and computers required.
• Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday - Overtime Hours Available – Occasional Saturdays may be required.
• Compensation Starting at $21.00 - based on experience.
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, PTO, Life, and 401k available upon eligibility.
