We are hiring a Store Manager for 1 of our 10 locations.

The Store Manager is a key component to our growing team! You will be responsible for successful operations and sales growth for one of our retail locations. Store Managers will supervise and delegate responsibilities to your team to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You need the ability to remain upbeat and positive throughout the day, while engaging in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

- Motivate, train and develop all center associates, focusing on excellent customer service.

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and order throughout the center.

- Complete orders and inventory procedures weekly.

- Complete weekly, monthly reporting tasks timely and accurately.

- Communicate clearly with your team and General Manager

- Ensure that operational systems follow Company Guidelines.

- Proactively handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues.

- Perform End of Month tasks on time in compliance with all store checklists.

- Maintain records per The UPS Store policy.

- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

Management experience preferred. Proven sales ability: including the ability to manage and motivate your team to reach sales goals. Adobe/ Microsoft office experience a plus.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Manual hand dexterity required to operate Point of Sale System, copiers and binding machinery, packaging tools, and complete customer paperwork.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with federal / state law and company policy.
