Inside sales: 2 years (Preferred). Must have at least 4 years as Inside Sales Rep in call center environment. This is Temp to Permanent job.

Communicate via inbound telephone calls with consumers. Escalate customer complaints and/or calls through the appropriate channel to management.

Receive incoming outside processing, materials, tools, assembly items, etc. into ERP system per training and requirements. Answer and direct phone calls.

College degree with minimum 5 years of payroll / human resources experience. Maintain job openings / postings for company.

Implement software feature functionality according to business requirements and architectural design guidelines.
