Tito's Taqueria is looking for dedicated and passionate Team Members to join our team of taco professionals.

Our Team Members are the glue that holds the restaurant together. They serve food, interact with guests, prepare food, clean, wash dishes, and all the things in-between. Our team members are the front line in the restaurant and are the shining brand ambassadors that greet our guests with enthusiasm, leaving them encouraged.

Key Job Functions:

Food Prep - Get ready to be a food maker! All team members will be trained on how to produce all of our food that we make. We hope you can take pride in making a great, and delicious product.

Culture - Team Members are the bottom-line on our culture. We are smiling, happy people and want our guests to leave encouraged; it is our mission, after all! If you love working with people, you’ll love working here.

Serving Food - Food is the most important part of the equation, without it our guests leave empty handed. You will be assisting guests in knowing what our product is and serving it to them so it looks (& tastes) amazing.

Cleaning - Our team members are responsible for making sure that our facility is as clean as can be. Generally, team members are the first to notice a mess and are expected to be the first ones to hop on cleaning them.
