Responsibilities include greeting & registering patients, answer telephone, scheduling appointments, routing messages. Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).

Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.

Performs regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment and tools. Apply planned designs to resolve landscaping needs.

NetDocuments and attorney time entry experience is preferred. Microsoft Word and Outlook experience is required. Microsoft Office: 4 years (Required).
