Summary of Position: Perform functions related to monthly closing, preparation of support for quarterly reviews and annual audits as well as other duties as they relate to general accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, review and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Process journal entries, monitor recurring journal entries and prepare quarterly census reports * Reconcile monthly intercompany accounts
• Process draft requests for facility rents
• Prepare lead sheets for outside auditors for quarterly reviews and year end audits
• Support the other corporate accounting personnel with various projects throughout the year as well as accounting/plant personnel in the field
• * Perform various other work related duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• 1-3 years’ experience in an Accounting function; ERP experience
• Experience with G/L accounts and journal entries
• Budgeting and Forecasting experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where the flexibility and a high comfort with change are key success attributes
• Demonstrated competency in working in a positive, team-oriented environment
• Must be a self-starter who completes projects with a sense of urgency and accuracy * Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience working in a B2B environment
