Answers/screens incoming telephone calls and routes call to appropriate individual or takes messages as appropriate. Opens, sorts and distributes incoming mail.

Answers the telephone according to department policy and procedure. Performs Sun quest order/entry, inquiry, crediting, and other basic LIS functions.

Answer the phone, redirect calls, and take messages. Greet customers, guests and employees (in person and regular attendance is required).

The *Certified Medical Assistant* will be responsible for providing clinical and business office assistance. Pay will be based on experience.
