Stonewood Products is looking for an outgoing and high energy individual to work in our showroom sales building of lumber, stone and architectural products.

No industry background required, but must love working with customers, and be willing to learn.

Duties include ringing customers out on the registers, greeting customers, customer service and answering phones. This is counter sales level position with tons of growth opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Recommend items that match customer needs

• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information

• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• General administrative duties

Skills

• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
