Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Reports to: Arin Der

Department: Office

Responsible for all company Expansion Stores.

Most Important Qualities: Experience managing Shopify Websites. Ability to stay organized to check and test each work completed. A person with taste in design for website brand quality.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following and not limited to. Other duties will be assigned.

• Managing all website activity - various creative projects related to improving functionality, correcting issues, implementing new features for business growth. Involves management web developers, Shopify representatives, 3rd party app developers and all people involved or connected to the website.
• Managing all marketing activity - Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Emailing Marketing, GS1 Codes, content creation, seo tests, alt texts, meta descriptions, seo titles, page seo content, city articles, press releases. Managing Marketing Firm point of contact to be sure all marketing strategies are put into place and optimized.
• Reviews the general business climate and adjusts staffing and materials as needed.
• Applies knowledge of company products and services to assist sales representativeswith providing quality customer service.
• Represents company at trade organizations as required.
• Management Tasks related to website, marketing, digital, sales, and customer serviceside of the business.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,705.00 - $97,076.00 per year
