Due to retirement Pearland State Bank is hiring a Senior Bank Operations Officer/Cashier. A minimum of five years of experience required as a Senior Bank Operations Officer or Bank Cashier. Must be able to perform all of the job responsibilities listed below:
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all accounting and financial reporting systems, including board reports, regulatory reports, and fixed assets for two banks and the holding company.
Manage and supervise all functions of human resources and payroll.
Develop and maintain the capital plan and the strategic plan.
Manage the operations department including the review of all due from bank reconcilements, wire transfers, and general ledger entries. Review and manage the daily liquidity position.
Review the investment portfolio reconcilement.
Maintain and review all bank policies and risk assessments.
Prepare Budgets annually.
Security Officer for the bank, including physical security and information security.
Manage and supervise the IT department.
BSA officer with oversite of the bank secrecy act function.
