Blackstone Security Services, Inc. is looking to hire experienced unarmed security guard professionals to keep up with our rapid growth and client’s needs! We have open security positions here in Payson. If you are looking for a security career with a company that you can grow with, we are your match!

Responsibilities and Duties for this position:

· Admit only authorized personnel on site.
· Check identification.
· Exterior patrols
· Secure site as needed.
· Write concise detailed DAR and SIR reports.

Required Qualifications:
· Have current Arizona Guard Card (Unarmed)
· Submit to a background check.
· Submit to a drug test.
· Be authorized to work in the United States.
· Be customer service oriented.
· Read, write, speak and understand the English language.
· Some Spanish is a plus.
· Punctuality is a MUST with a good attendance record.
· Professional appearance and good hygiene.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Able to walk, run short distances.
· Able to walk and/or stand for an extended period of time (up to 8 hours)
· Able to write concise, detailed and legible reports.

Preferred Experience:
· Three (3) years security experience
· CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
· Trained in the proper use of a radio
· CCTV monitoring experience
· Previous Military or Law Enforcement experience a plus
