Desert Hearts Nursing and Home Care are looking for a Sales Representative/Care Coordinator to join our team in our Fort Mohave office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office, Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with sales experience, strong attention to detail, a multi-tasker, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

The Sales Representative/Care Coordinator is responsible for managing the client’s experience from referrals to starting client care. This role beings in the field where they interact with prospective clients or referral sources, attending chamber mixers, marketing to local physican offices, senior centers, home health/hospice agencies or any other possible referral sources, educating prospective clients about our services, and scheduling in-home care assessments. Once the client has signed on for services, our care coordinator will work with our care manager to ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and continuity of care. Participate in On Call rotation, by responding to emergencies and/or finding emergency coverage for employee callouts and or provide emergency coverage when needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years experience in Sales & Customer Services
• 1-2 years experience in Home Care, Hospice or Home Health
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, high-energy attitude
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
• Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)

Salary:

$16.00 to $17.00 per hour, plus commission
