We have an opportunity for a full-time Rental Salesperson to join our team in Watford City, ND.

Total Oilfield Rentals, Inc is now hiring for a Salesperson for our rental division located in Watford City, ND. The Rental Salesperson must be in possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record with the ability and willingness to travel North Dakota and the surrounding area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiating calls to grow rental and trucking business in the Bakken.
• Developing relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and market share
• Ensuring systematic delivery and resolution of customer inquiries and information
• Experience with cold calling as well as deal closing.
• Provide rate quotes and availability of equipment to customers
• Communication with customer and home office as needed to ensure a high level of customer service
• Coordinating with dispatch on availability
• Negotiate rates with customers for maximum profit
• Quote Truckload and flatbed, heavy haul, etc.
• Collect, document and disseminate accurate information to/from Customers and Drivers
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience/knowledge in Oilfield Rentals including but not limited to the following: generators/light towers/rig heaters/wheel loaders/surface rentals/drilling equipment
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Basic Computer Skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
• Clean MVR and ability to pass drug and background checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
