Inside Dating Sales Representative/ Membership Sales

We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our IJL Sales Team.

This position will report to our Palm Desert office and will be eligible to work remotely after 6 months of consecutive employment.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Rep. (Dating Specialist):

• Selling our services over the phone
• Developing rapport quickly with a variety of clients
• Communicating with potential new clients to discuss their needs
• Explaining how these needs could be met by our specific dating services
• Answering questions about membership features and pricing
• Emphasizing membership features based on analysis of client needs
• Selecting matches for clients based on client interview
• Working toward both individual and team monthly goals

• A generous starting $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission earning potential! Our successful first year sales reps earn an average of $75,000.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• At least 2 years of phone sales and membership sales experience
• Experience with Inbound/Outbound sales calls at high volumes
• Positive thinking and a passion to help others find their special someone!
