Kalas Manufacturing is seeking a Product Manager for our Submersible Pump and Cathodic product lines to round out our sales team. This professional, under the leadership of the VP of Sales will become the expert in this industry with complete and accurate knowledge of products, markets, customer base, supply chain and end user. We have phenomenal growth opportunity and are looking for a proven professional to champion our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the go-to market strategy for the product line. This includes collateral, trade presence, sales, pricing strategies with profitability targets, service requirements, and new product inductions.

• Serves as primary contact for sales representatives, customers, and buying groups in the associated markets. Includes generations of all quotations.

• Close coordination with account management team to ensure Kalas service exceeds customer expectations.

• Works with operations to maintain adequate inventory levels via a 12-month rolling forecast to support sales and monthly reviews of stocking programs against guidelines, planning policies, and targeted inventory levels.

Job Requirements:

• 4 year degree in Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• 10 - 25% travel
