We are seeking a Sales Department Assistant to join our team! You will be supporting the Sales Team in various areas.

Responsibilities:

• Communicates with clients regarding scheduled calls and follow-up visits.
• Work closely with Sales Team to create and submit bids.
• Help to maintain Sales Team’s daily tickets

· As requested/required, generates reports from systems. As needed/required, tracks activities to distribute relevant information to client managers.

• Create sales material to present to customers
• Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with Computer and Printer products (preferred)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
