CUSTOMER PROCESSES

• Keep customer cards in NAVISION up-to-date and complete beyond what is now entered. To be coordinated with Operations/Shipping Office and Account Management • Create new customer cards as needed in NAVISION • Maintain the Customer Processes document

RECAP & BUDGETING

• Support the creation of sales budgets/forecasts together with Account Management,

• Update sales, revenue and contribution margin overviews weekly to be monitored during the season, per vase and in total

• Provide daily updates on sales, Firm, Pre-book and Estimates per DC/retail-chain highlighting orders that need immediate attention

• Suggest other sales analyses which might be interesting for Sales to monitor,

• Provide weekly analysis of customer sell through when available, based on data from customers

• Updates to sell list for all products weekly

• Prepare costing calculations for sales and Management review

ORDER ENTRY

• Preparing SO’s based on received PO’s and/or order changes from Account Management on already existing SO’s,

• Notify Planning and Production on all significant changes to Sales Orders (greater than 500 vases) by using the sales order change forms

• Enter ‘ship-to’ code,

• Check all the delivery addresses and make sure the ‘ship-to’ directs to the proper delivery address, for that specific order,

• Link the original PO to the Sales Order, for easy reference in the Shipping Office (checking dates, quantities, addresses),

• Indicate if standard wrap UPC’s must be used or cover-ups have to be used,

INVOICING

Once the order is ‘shipped’ in NAV, LOGISTICS will make sure the same day, that the PO, the signed BOL and a copy of the shipping statement (NAV) will be put in the bin labeled: ‘SALES: to be invoiced BOL’s’, All the ‘to be invoiced BOL’s’, will be invoiced ultimately by the next day by the Sales Office, SALES will then send the invoice to the customer by their preferred method (Email, mail, faxed, uploaded online, etc.), Once the invoice has been sent to the customer, SALES will update the notes in NAV for the invoice stating when the invoice was sent to the customer and by what method, The printed invoice and the signed shipped BOL, PO, Shipping Statement should be stapled together and filed in the customer’s folder which is located in the SALES office.

UPC-FILE

• Manage new products and assign UPC codes, PRN codes

• As opportunities arise, ‘clean-up’ of the UPC file

NEW PRODUCT SET UP

In accordance with procurement, planning and product development, submit new item forms, new collection forms, and BOM change forms as needed

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Handles all retail customer calls with questions about the product

• Support answering of customer questions and feedback on social media platforms and through the FAQ page of our website

Pay: $44,766.90 - $53,912.82 per year
