You will have the ability to create a positive buying experience for your customers along with a track record of success.

We require strong communication skills, a positive attitude, professional dress code, and a good attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology. Be able to confidently discuss the vehicles with potential customers.
• Be Personable: Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Answer any questions potential customers might have.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Work on Saturdays and evenings.
• Communicate via phone, text, email, and in person with customers.
• Record videos for customers and social media.
• Love talking about vehicles with people who are not in the automotive field.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Pay

During your initial training period you will be paid $17 per hour. After your three month trial period (or less depending on experience/ readiness) you will have the ability to receive commission on your sales. How hard you work will reflect in how much you make. The average sales consultant in the area makes between $63,969.00 - $72,287.00 per year. Highly motivated and driven individuals can make well over six figures a year.
