Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have amazing communication skills and must enjoy working with people. This individual is someone who is punctual, detail oriented, and eager to learn about our products, our company, and our people. Our team is looking for someone with ambition and the determination to succeed. Someone who is passionate about building loyalty with each customer, who will provide excellent customer service, and is able to make educated decisions in a fast-paced environment is who we target. This position includes working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions, and provide recommendations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. We will invest in training the right candidate

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Generate sales leads, foster and develop sales relationships, and close sales
  • Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with customers
  • Support the teamwork environment by trusting and collaborating with peers, customers, and management while contributing to a positive team culture
  • Promptly greet and welcome customers in a personable and genuine manner
  • Determine, respond to, and assist with customer’s needs
  • Understand and execute payments, exchanges, and loss prevention
  • Accurately completing documents including special orders, repairs, and client requests
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and remain aware of current collections in-store and online, and among market competition, fashion, and industry trends
  • Maintain standards in merchandising display, maintaining inventory, and store cleanliness
  • Understand and follow store and employee policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Retail sales experience or Customer Service equivalence preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of basic math and currency for payment processing
  • Proficient with computers, including use of iPads, Windows, and Internet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and extended holiday hours.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude with ambition and mindset for success

We are offering:

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
