DESCRIPTION

Ultimate LLC is a construction staffing and logistics company in the Kansas City area with projects all over the United States. We specialize in doing digital construction workforce management. We are currently seeking to hire 4 Interns for the summer of 2023 to learn about our company. The intern will learn all of the different aspects of Ultimate LLC to potentially hire on full time after graduation. During the internship our interns will be completing many different tasks for each of our team members. Our intern will help each department complete tasks so that they get a good feel for what department would be the best for that individual if hired on full time.

This position will be out of our headquarters in Kansas City. Ultimate LLC is the leader in the digital environment therefore all candidates must have computer skills and a willingness to learn more. We are looking for like minded individuals, with an overall competitive entrepreneurial spirit!

Responsibilities:

• Performing market analysis and research on competition

• Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

• Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

• Report on the status of accounts

• Suggest actions to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

• Self Motivated

• Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters degree

• Understanding of sales and marketing

• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Must be able to complete tasks properly and in a timely manner
