Our Sales team works to grow Branch by helping people easily obtain the right coverage for their individual situation. Sales agents engage with our clients directly by phone to understand their needs, discuss coverages, and sell policies. Our energetic team directly assists our prospective members through inbound and outbound calls as well as caring for prospective members who are affiliated with Branch's partnerships.

About the Sales Agent role

We're growing our member base at a rapid pace and need a fantastic associate like you to help us keep up the momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle interactions with Branch's prospective members through Inbound and Outbound calls, as well as those affiliated with Branch's partnerships
• Actively listen and connect with clients to understand their needs and recommend coverages appropriate to their situations
• Handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis and interact with members through a Call Flow
• Get our members' backs through high quality, delightful interactions
• Work toward Key Performance Indicator metrics to meet Sales Goals
• Availability to work 11:30am - 8:00pm Eastern

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Property and Casualty Insurance license is required and Insurance Sales experience
• Contact Center experience preferred!
• Experience in retail sales, automotive sales, finance, banking, and hospitality ideal
• Excels in a fast-paced environment and is highly adaptable
• Loves problem solving and can do it efficiently
• Loves interacting with people and can communicate professionally both in writing and on the phone
• Thrives in a remote environment. The Sales Agents work at home and stay well connected via awesome technology.
• Is a team player and is as passionate about building this community as we are. Demonstrates individual responsibility to get the backs of our members and team
• Is energized by being engaged with a high performing team.
