Correspond directly with mortgage bankers, borrowers and clients to answer questions or provide information as needed.

Valid driver's license with NO major violations in the last 5 years. 3+ years in the construction industry preferred. 3-5 years of residential sales experience.

Associate or bachelors is preferred along with any automotive certifications. This is a hands on active Management position that requires a 45-50 hour work week

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local laws.
