Must have or be able to obtain a class 12 or 13 Washington state MAST liquor permit. Must have or be able to obtain a Washington state food handlers card.

Determine patients needs and wants by answering questions and address patient concerns. Schedule patient appointments whether in person or zoom via EMR system.

Current DEA license and ability to prescribe schedule II medications. Must remain compliant with state licensing credentialing. Current BLS with AED required.

Strategic thinking and planning with regard to design decisions for the build out of a data science program and team. Must have strong communication skills.
