Growing family-owned business is seeking an individual that will be responsible for learning and implementing the Re-Bath sales system including meeting with customers, determining their needs, presenting our products, overcoming objections and closing on the sale, training, working with management to recruit, train, and maintain sales efficiencies throughout the entire sales team. No cold calling is required. Re-Bath is partnered with two of the biggest box stores in the country and all leads are scheduled for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make a connection with our customers, review their needs, assist with product/design selections, make recommendations and make the sale
• Prepare and present in home and off site sales presentations to potential customers, close the sale and establish a contract
• Looking for motivated individual that wants to make a lot of money
• Must be a good communicator and outgoing
• We will train you on what it takes to be successful in the home
• Must have the will to work hard every day
• Conduct thorough job site measuring, take photos and calculate the cost of the project
• Review job quote with customer, address potential obstacles to contract and collect/prepare necessary documentation/contacts/down payment
• Prepare the Job Sales Packet, which includes the completed and signed contract, photographs of the area the project will be installed at, diagram of bath and credit application (if needed)
• Participate in local, regional and corporate sales and product trainings and seminars in person, online and through various content delivery resources
• Achieve company objectives in sales, lead conversions, customer service and production
• Attend local trade shows, home events and additional lead generating opportunities as requested

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age
• Ability to lean, master and implement the Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training and resources
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant languages of the company trade area
• Attention to detail, highly organized and strong work ethic and ethics
• A warm, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Self-motivated with a high urgency to succeed
• Direct to customer sales experience. “In Home” sales experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
• High School Diploma required
• Must have valid Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
