About the Recruiter role:

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions, and postings on ATS, adjusting, and reviewing for job boards.
  • Approve and create requisitions, post ads, source, review applications, screen, interview, document, and present potential candidates to hiring managers following employment laws and regulations.
  • Research new posting options, costs, and ROI along with other various sourcing, referrals, and online talent community initiatives.
  • Stay in consistent contact with hiring managers and candidates tracking progress with a diverse hiring pipeline, and promoting our employer brand to engage candidates.
  • Serve as a consultant and business advocate to hiring managers during the selection process to make hiring recommendations based on interviews, data gathered, and candidate qualifications.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to build an Excellence in Recruiting program from intake to onboarding process.
  • Strategize with Talent Acquisition Manager on obstacles, process improvement, and high-touch relationship management.
  • As a subject matter expert, answer questions regarding ATS, sourcing methodologies, and overall recruitment process effectiveness through education on best practices.
  • Work in tandem with our Social Media and Content Specialist utilizing various social media channels.
  • Carry out intake calls, determining needs, timelines, quantity, and qualifiers for various openings.
  • Serve as a point of contact with outside agencies to supplement staffing needs.
  • Analyze recruiting ratios, metrics, and reports to identify inefficiencies in the selection process with the goal of implementing improvements.
  • Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.

Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with two or more years of sales, recruitment, or healthcare industry experience.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and organizational skills with a high level of diplomacy and patience.
  • Interact with internal and external prospects and employees ranging from entry-level to C-Suite candidates with a focus on building rapport.
  • Serve as an influencing ambassador for the company in both facets of active and passive recruitment.
  • Exercise quick decision-making power, and people judgment with an eye for talent.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, various social media platforms, web-based computer systems, and ATS tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of recruiting & candidate sourcing, interpersonal skills, and solution-based thinking, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
