Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with senior company team members to discuss project plans and requirements
• Plan projects with team members to create a structure for the completion of projects
• Explain the project and individual responsibilities to team members
• Delegate tasks to team members to keep projects on schedule, use knowledge of individual skills to best assign each employee
• Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure the integration of efforts to complete projects
• Monitor progress on a project and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals
• Advise employees on tasks to help them complete their activities more efficiently
• Assess performance metrics at the completion of the project to identify areas for improvement and elements that worked well for future projects
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs
• Traveling required

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Proven experience in project management
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner
• Understanding of ERP implementation
• Experience overseeing a construction project
• Budget management experience

• Comply with all MSHA standards as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations
• Comply with all company safety standards and policies
• Correct any safety hazards found that can be immediately corrected
• Report any unsafe conditions that cannot be immediately corrected
• Report all accidents, regardless of the severity
• Report to work in a ready state fit for duty
• Immediately stop work if the work is not safe or cannot be performed in a safe way
• Participate in daily pre-shift safety discussions
• Participate in safety meetings
• Keep work areas neat and orderly
• Use all personal protective equipment when required
