Position Description:

The Quality Control Inspector’s Mission is to provide oversight and support to all jobs currently in production to ensure that each job is completed on-time, on-budget, and according to Customer expectations. The Quality Control Inspector (QC) does this by maintaining timely and accurate communication with Customers, Vendors, and Contractors externally, and with Production and Sales internally.Position Requisites:

• The QC position requires the following knowledge, experience, and skills: Position Responsibilities:

1. Work directly with the Production Manager (PM).2. Meet with Homeowner on start date to do initial meet and greet and to go over any concerns and/or requests.3. Verify that the proper materials were delivered to the job site4. Verify that the dumpster or dump trailer is in the correct location5. Field inspect all jobs/trades at the beginning and end of each project to go over any special requests or concerns.6. Make mid-trade inspections to make sure that trade(s) are going as instructed, and writes charge/hold slips against subs.7. Report problem repair issues found in the field to PM.8.Make minor repairs/adjustments on site as needed and qualified.a. Small shingle repairsb. Small siding repairsc. Fascia repairsd. Soffit repairse. Detach and reset guttersf. Must be able to transport, set up, and operate a metal break9. Manage crews in field and reports any concerns to PM both verbally and with a charge/hold slip.10. Meet with the homeowner at completion of each trade to do a walk through.''11. Ensure that exposed roofs are protected.12. Ladder assists Sales Reps when possible.13. Assist Sales Manager with field training of Sales Reps.14. Verify that the salesman's measurements are accurate.15. Report all findings back to PM.16. Must be on call to handle emergencies. If position accepted, applicant is subject to criminal background check upon start date.

Compensation Terms

The QC position is compensated as follows:

1. $60,000 Base Salary.

2. Gas reimbursement for travel between jobs.

3) Bonus Incentives

5) Kerrigan Roofing Truck with ladders and necessary equipment (pending driving record check)

6) This is a w2 position with Health, dental, and vision insurance.

Pay: $67,974.51 - $74,676.16 per year
