Manages and directs projects from start-up to close-out. The individual needs to have a good understanding of and adherence to contract documents including plans, specifications, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates. Coordinates project scheduling and communication. Manages data and material resources throughout the life of a project to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience and advanced knowledge of mechanical construction as well as a proven track record of completing projects on-time and on budget. Healthcare project experience a plus.

The project management position requires excellent organizational skill as well as the ability to juggle multiple projects, while paying close attention to detail. This role involves liaising with the customer, the crew working on the projects, and with senior management, so the candidate should have excellent written and verbal skills, Mathematical and IT skills are necessary in order to carry out the administrative tasks. The candidate should also be creative and resourceful, as they often need to find solutions to construction problems while working under great time pressure. The individual should have the ability to adapt and work in an ever changing work environment. The individual must be a self starter. Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience.
