This is a full-time, in-person (Monday – Friday | 8-hour shift) role based in our Central Oregon office.

The Essentials: Coordinate communication between internal teams, municipalities, accounting, and others.

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family/commercial construction
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work productively and independently
• Work collaboratively across departments
• Take initiative to set work load priorities and manage deadlines

The Task Highlights:

• Manage acquisition process, documents and deadlines
• Assist with permitting and regulatory research
• Maintain electronic & paper files
• Additional duties as related to project
