Must have four-year bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, related field or at least 4 years of experience.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. A minimum of five years of human resource management experience.

A Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor of other appropriate certification along with prior SAP software experience is preferred.

2 years of management experience, including cosmetology management license where required by state law. A Cosmetology license where required by the state.
