Education/Experience Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or other approving body, with a minimum of a Baccalaureate degree.
• Is licensed to practice as physical therapist in the state of Nebraska and Iowa.
• Two years of experience as a physical therapist. Community and/or home health experience is preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Completes pre-employment health screening and other tests as required by the state of Nebraska. Is a licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with Agency requirements and is in good working order, or has alternative reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
