TrueMed is seeking a motivated, team oriented, full time Long Term Care Pharmacist to join their winning team in Hiawatha, IA. Pharmacist is responsible for providing day-to-day operational needs with the dispensing of prescription medication as required in meeting the needs and requirements of a long term care pharmacy. Communicate with facilities nursing staff, physician, and other healthcare team members in regards to medication related queries. This position is under the direction of the Long Term Care Pharmacist in Charge.
