Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Conduct tests of strength, motor control, sensation, visual field, etc.

Valid drivers license is preferred, automobile registration & insurance otherwise, reliable transportation mandatory. Laundry and change of bed linens.

Performs office duties such as answering phone, operating fax machine, computer, multiline phone system, credit card machine. Pay Range $25-$40 per hour.
