The perfect candidate must have proven ability to multi-task with the goal of helping us deliver outstanding patient care, and helping patients understand recommended care.

Your job will be to help educate patients on the treatment they need and how to best use the insurance benefits they have. As treatment coordinator, you will also assist in answering phones, scheduling appointments, insurance verifacations, preparing and presenting treatment plans, and check in patient arrivals as needed.

Minimum of 2 years dental experience is recommended including a good working knowledge of dentistry and dental insurance benefits. Dentrix or Eaglesoft practice management software experience is also a plus.
