Summary of the Part Time Payment Processor:

The Payment Processor will post payments received from consumers into their correct open account. Other activities include managing payment processing logs, updating daily postings on excel spreadsheets and correct accounting software.

Essential Functions of the Part Time Payment Processor:
*Daily posting of payments to consumers accounts
*Ensure daily production goals are met
*Ensure internal and external client deliverables are met
*Maintain end of month special client deadline schedule
*Responsible for all US and foreign client accounting and cash processing operations
*Review all end of month close outs for all clients
*Review balancing of client cash postings to general ledger
*All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications of the Part Time Payment Processor:
*1+ years of payment processing experience or other accounting related experience.
*Collections experience preferred.
*Retail or Banking lock box type experience preferred.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs required.
*Task and detail oriented required.
*Excellent problem-solving skills required.
*Available to work a full-time schedule plus additional hours when required.
