Benedictine Living Community of Rochester and Byron (Madonna Towers, Madonna Summit, and Madonna Meadows) offers an in-house therapy department with excellent team support, therapist-driven treatment minutes and frequency, and reasonable productivity. The part time OT would assist with treatments across the commuity as well as in the home health setting. Generous compensation for licensure and continuing education.

Duties/Responsibilities

Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan. Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.

Qualifications Required

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
