B.S. Trucking Inc. is a company based in Colorado that's contracted exclusively with FedEx Ground. Our company is growing rapidly and was recently awarded the Entreprenuer of the Year award for the Mountain District by FedEx! We're seeking qualified delivery drivers for routes in Aspen, New Castle and Silt to deliver and pick up packages from the business and residential customers we service. Pay starts at $24 an hour and we pay a guaranteed 40 hours even if you work less!

**We operate 6 days a week and have a rotating schedule so weekend shifts will be assigned from time to time and are mandatory

** Delivery routes vary in number of pick-ups & deliveries, but route expectations are set for a full day of work

**This is a full time year round delivery driver position

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing daily pre & post trip inspections on delivery vehicle
• Efficiently loading, packing and organizing vehicle for deliveries
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining appropriate communication with the on-duty managers
• Accurately operating scanner/effectively tracking delivery progress
• Consistently delivering entire route in a timely manner
• Having full knowledge of & abiding by safety guidelines at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record (including no cell phone citations or DWI convictions)
• No speeding ticket in excess of 15 MPH over the posted speed limit
• Ability to pass a drug test & DOT physical
• Ability to complete/pass a road test
• Ability to read, write & speak English
• Be of legal status to work in the United States (confirmed by E-Verify system)
• Ability to adapt to meet customer needs in a polite and professional manner
• Ability to pass FedEx Ground approval process to become a qualified delivery driver
• Ability to arrive on site at terminal in a timely manner ready to work each work day

Required Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs with a hand truck
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work when it gets dark
• Ability to continually walk at steady pace
