The Role you are applying for:

We are looking for a dynamic ops manager to join us at Adam Vaillancourt Roofing. The responsibility of this role is to lead, manage and guide a team of Production Managers to success through exceptional attention to detail, timely completion of projects, unmatched quality, and a focus on efficiency. The Operations Manager has experience scheduling, leading, and managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. They will have proven leadership experience with technical knowledge and 3-5 years of experience with roofing.

The Requirements needed:

• Proven leadership experience
• Previous experience in the roofing/construction industry
• Job scheduling with effective resource allocation and utilization

The Skills you bring:

• Demonstrated management experience with a focus on coaching and development
• Able to climb a ladder and access a roof in varying weather conditions
• Outdoor Aptitude – able to work and drive in ever-changing weather conditions
• Able to respond to help calls/flexible scheduling
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and proof of insurance
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
