BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is preferred. Lead and develop Plant Leaders to meet specifications and deadlines. Lean/Six Sigma: 1 year.

Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and 5+ years of diverse progressive experience in human resources; PHR or SPHR preferred.

Truck driving: 1 year (Required). On-site truck repair shop. Resting area on site with free laundry and hotel. Dry Van $.65 CPM or 29% of gross.

You must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not required.
