Luxury Card is seeking an operational support analyst with 2 - 5 years of experience with primary responsibilities for inventory management, procurement, budgeting, and reconciliation of required inventories. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel skills with experience developing inventory tracking and reporting. This role can be in our Jackson, WY, or Aliso Viejo, CA office.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and reconciling inventory across various aspects of the business.

• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Work with multiple employees to create a cohesive operation and customer experience.

• Keep records of shipments and invoices.

• Track material quotes and inventory for marketing projects.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or Operations Management AND at least two years of related work experience OR at least five years of work experience in inventory management.

• Strong self-confidence, good judgment, and the ability to make sound decisions.

• At least one year of experience using Excel to manage inventory reconciliation.

• Ability to interface effectively and build relationships with partners and other departments internally.

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, take ownership of projects and successfully meet established project deadline requirements.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
