Responsibilities:

• Qualify warm inbound leads.
• Diligently follow up with clients by making outbound calls and sending emails and texts.
• Qualifying and onboarding new clients
• Managing CRM system efficiently to ensure all sales goals are met.
• Effective closing skills
• Utilizing a consultative sales approach

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience suggested but NOT required in tax relief
• Articulate, conscious, and communicative.
• Ability to work independently/ efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with customized CRM- logics
• Coachable/Teachable
• Ability to work 8-hour shift Monday- Friday

Compensation:

• Details: Full Time- In Office Position
• Pay: Base 15.50 /HR + Comp
• Base + comp structure with uncapped commission up to 15%
• Top producers currently earning over 250k/ year.
