Onsite Supervisor – YALE - St. Raphael Hospital Campus

This Onsite Supervisor opportunity requires an independent, self-managed, hands-on person with experience hiring and supervising people for one of our customers.

Schedule is: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30PM
Salary $55,000 annually with excellent and comprehensive benefits.
Job Detail / Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules
  • Conduct complete inventories on linen and supplies
  • Audit exchange carts
  • Set up schedules for department cart/area reviews
  • Prepare schedules to visit a set number of departments per week to audit items and usage
  • Prepare paperwork and tracking forms on a weekly basis
  • Track daily soil that is returned to the plant
  • Document rejects
  • Review replacement reports
  • Audit a percentage of linens for quality
  • Evaluate cart per levels and returns
  • Work with each staff member to evaluate workload and process
  • Confirm deliveries
  • Scrubex machine function

Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • 1 year in a supervisor/lead position preferred. Will consider a recent graduate.
  • Proven work history
  • Ability work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Flexible to work additional days/shifts/holidays
