Town and Country Property Management, Inc., a recognized leader throughout the SouthEast in property and community management, is seeking a Full-Time Accountant/Bookkeeper for its corporate office in Greenwood. The right candidate must be experienced in paying bills, reconciling account balances, handling banking relationships, etc. This position is responsible for overseeing General Ledger/financial reporting for an assigned portfolio of properties. This position is responsible for the accuracy of the financial statements of each community we manage and reconciling all related banking accounts. In addition, the Senior Accountant supports on-site staff as it relates to accounting, payables & receivables. Candidates should have strong accounting experience, some experience with property/real estate accounting, strong Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience with office automation improvements a plus. Excellent Benefits!
