Our new Warehouse/ Frame Moulding Distribution Center is looking for a new team member to join our staff! We are looking for hard-working individuals who have a strong concept of office management, over the phone customer service, and knowledge of architect/ woodworking/ carpentry.

What you will be doing:

This position focuses mainly in our customer service and office, but we are always flexible if people want to expand their knowledge in other departments. Here are some duties for the position:

· Assisting customers with their needs and questions, particularly over the phone. This will require learning about picture framing moulding, framing materials, and our inventory to suit our customer’s needs

· Closing and opening functions for our store

· Inventory counting on a monthly basis

· Basic office manager qualifications: cash register counts, learning our Point of Sale format, restocking inventory, taking orders and other phone calls, and keeping staff on an organized and set schedule

· Assist with occasional walk in customers, helping artists and wholesalers with designing needs, and packing and shipping

· contributing to newsletters

· tracking sales and communication with owner on price increases and discontinuing slow inventory

· working with our sister company, Frame of Mind to help keep their frame production flow steady

· Learning the world of picture framing, and all of the interesting materials and special tools used to create orders for our customers

What we would like from you:

We hope to find the perfect fit for this position, we are flexible in our qualifications, but suggest the following for you to strive at the position:

· Knowledge of custom framing (not required)

· 2 years customer service experience (strongly recommended)

· Strong attention to details required. (a must!)

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.

· 2 years office manager experience (a must!)

· Strong customer service and people skills

· Strong organization skills

· Experience with customers with strong deadlines and creatively thinking to meet their needs

1 full time position, pay rate based on experience, ranges from$16.50-$18.50/ hr
