Communicate incoming admissions, visits and deliveries to appropriate staff. Responsible for monitoring all persons and/or vehicles entering or leaving facility

Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred). Seeking a full time graphic designer who is familiar with the print industry. Flexible schedules, family owned and operated.

Perform data entry associated with accounts payable. Audit, process, and input credit card bills. Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.

Transfer escalated calls if needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Follow all financial policies and procedures, state and local laws and regulations. 1 year cash handling experience preferred.
