Required Qualifications :Minimum Required Qualifications: *Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed * Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List

Possess a valid U.S. drivers license; Posses applicable State license and certification requirements to perform the assigned duties; Must be a U.S. citizen;
