Foundation Homes is hiring a salary position for in-house sales of new construction. Join our growing team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to be successful in our Sales Center. You will be selling new semi-custom homes that will be built on land that is owed by the builder in the Fredericksburg Area.

Our ideal candidate will have top notch sales and closing skills. Previous new construction home sales experience is preferred. You do need to have an active Real Estate licenses and have at least 2 year of homes sales experience.

You must be highly organized and able to work closely in our companies software. Most importantly, you must have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Our team members are all long term employees and that's what makes us the absolute best at what we do. We care about our employees and our clients.

We have a great team environment, and are constantly growing. We offer a Salary Position with sales bonus for each closing.
